Sending satisfaction surveys

PerClient allows users to send satisfaction surveys to clients for a project, task or issue. To send a satisfaction survey, you must click in the "Send survey" button at "Client Satisfaction" panel at the right of the project, task or issue. When doing so, your client will receive an e-mail, inviting him to select his satisfaction level and enter a comment about the result of the project, task or issue.

When the client completes the survey, its results will be shown in the corresponding profile, and client's satisfaction level average will be updated too.

Satisfaction surveys can also be completed directly from PerClient, in case you can make the survey on the phone or in person and need to enter the information directly.
